There were clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
For an airport hotel, it was very frustrating that they had no shuttle or actual way to get to and from the airport. Taxis were difficult to get in the location and cost a fortune to get to the airport. The walls of the room very not sound proof. We had a limited amount of time to get some rest and were disturbed by loud children in the next room. There is no place to get food near the hotel.

It was just what I wanted for the purpose of my trip. I have stayed overnight in order to catch my flight the next day.Ideal location next to the airport..Soundprrof windows, clean bathrooms and room!!!

The hotel was close to the Madrid airport. Location was great.
There was no shuttle service to/from the airport. The cab fare was $20.

A room for 2 adults and 2 children was very cheap.I have stayed in a few Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was of the same good standard as usual.
Location makes it very awkward to get there by public transport and there is no hotel shuttle bus. The first taxi we tried to get in at the airport refused to take us as it wasnt a big enough fare then when we did get a taxi it was 22 euros. I wont stay at this hotel again.I will pay more for a room but will stay at a hotel with a shuttle bus rather than have the hassle with the taxis.

The staff, price and general facilities were excellent.
Our room had non functional air conditioning and the hotel was full so we had no change offered. The hotel is not a true airport hotel. It does not provide any specific free or charged transport to the airport. It is a 25 to 35 euros taxi ride to and from the airport. What starts as a budget priced hotel doubles in price with taxies. You qre better to pay the extra and stay in an airport hotel with a courtesy bus or stay in town.
